Hi Neighbor—

I was elected Alder in Madison’s District 13 in 2011. I promised to work to build a great city—one with effective government, a vibrant community, and a sound environment.  Below is a list of the work I’ve done to achieve that in my first term as your alder.

If reelected, I will continue to work hard to:

  1. Be responsive and keep you informed of city events.

  2. Improve pedestrian and bike safety.

  3. Work toward agreement on budget priorities earlier in the year, as well as finding a way forward for Overture.

  4. Develop a citywide housing policy that will both encourage young families to live in the city and serve the poor.

I really enjoy talking to neighbors and advocating for you.  I hope I can count on your vote!
